Momm'y Little Angel!

Caden has been such a strength to me through this difficult time. He is always smiling and laughing at me so of course I can't help but smile and laugh back. I know that I was meant to have him at this time to be a blessing to me and to be my angel. I love him so much and I'm so eternally thankful for the opportunity to be the mother of the three most fabulous children! They are my everything! I would do anything for them and I am striving every day to be a better mom who they can look up to and love eternally! May the Lord continue to bless us!

Slumber Party Fun!!

The other night Chase was upset about having to sleep in his room alone. I told him that he wasn't alone because he has Caden in his room with him. "I don't want a little kid, I want a big person to sleep with me!" I figured that since Brooke and I sleep together he was getting jealous and lonely being by himself. So the solution was to have a slumber party in the family room. That idea went over well, so they got to sleep together in the family room for one night! Problem Solved!! And now that he is back in school he knows he has to sleep in his bed. No more sleepy time issues! At least for now...

One Great Day!!

Well today we had a good day! It's been snowing a lot but we decided to venture out! We went to On the Border for a late lunch/early dinner. Then we went to Kohls to get me some pants for work. Well while we were there we found these cute Dr. Suess stuffed characters. So Brooke and Chase each got one, courtesy of grandma!! They love them and are carrying them around everywhere! Anyways we had a good day, and keep praying that we will have many more good days!!

SEPARATED AGAIN!!

AS MOST OF YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW TRAVIS AND I ARE OVER. I AM BACK IN COLORADO WITH THE KIDS AND BACK TO WORK I GO. TRAVIS IS STILL IN OKLAHOMA BUT HE MAY MOVE TO GREEN RIVER, WY IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I'M NOT SURE WHAT HE IS THINKING. THE KIDS ARE HAVING A HARDER TIME THIS TIME AROUND BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY SAT DOWN WITH THEM TO TELL THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON. WE EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT MOMMY AND DADDY WILL NOT BE MARRIED ANYMORE. THEY JUST KEPT ASKING WHY. THIS HAS BEEN SO HARD FOR ME TO SEE THEM GO THROUGH THIS. I HOPE THEY WILL GET BETTER WITH TIME AND THEY WILL START TO UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAD TO GET THE DIVORCE. WELL ANYWAYS WE WILL JUST REMAIN FAITHFUL AND DO WHAT WE CAN. JUST TAKE IT A DAY AT A TIME!
